Prayer Pager and Trust Funds

**UPDATE: A matching grant of $5000 has been offered for the educational charitable trust fund. For every donation that is made, a generous donor will double the amount up to $5000.

Thank you all so much for your comments and prayers. Heather has been given a prayer pager that alerts her every time someone is praying for her and the children, and it has really blessed her. If you would like to let her know that you are praying on her behalf, you may call the pager at the following number:

209-236-2063

Two trusts have been established for the Davis Family. You may donate to an educational charitable trust in their name by sending checks made out to Central Valley Presbyterian Church to:

The Davis Family Trust
c/o Central Valley Presbyterian Church
P.O. Box 628
Ceres, CA 95307-0628

If you would like to contribute to a non-charitable fund for the expenses of the family, you may write checks made out to Heather Davis and donated to a fund in her name at any US Bank in the country. The account is set up at the US Bank in Turlock, CA.

Thank you all again for your kindness and care.

Heather, our family is lifting you up in prayer, and we will be passing this onto our church family as well. Know that likeminded families in SC are praying for you and the children.Love, Denise H.(from AOH)

(You are being such a testimony to God's wonderful working in your family's life. What a memorial and testimony to Eric that he led such a family as yours. There could be not great joy for him than to see you all walking in the truth.)

Heather and family,

Eric was a great rep for our company's products. From the first day I met him, I could see the Light shine in his face and heart. I am saddened by his passing, but am comforted in knowing that he is with Jesus.

May God continue to carry you and fill you with His grace and mercy.

Deu 16:11 And thou shalt rejoice before the LORD thy God, thou, and thy son, and thy daughter, and thy manservant, and thy maidservant, and the Levite that is within thy gates, and the stranger, and the fatherless, and the widow, that are among you, in the place which the LORD thy God hath chosen to place his name there. You are the abiding place of God. Jesus Christ, your redeemer, died for you, rose again for you, lives in you and is coming again for you. In you is the spirit of Power, and Love, and a Sound Mind. Your Savior is also your Wonderful, Councelor, Almighty God, Everlasting Father, and your Prince of Peace. As for God, His way is perfect, higher than our ways and past finding out. Your God is lovely, gentle and meek. Your God is Mighty, Terrible to behold, and Awesome in Power and Might. He will never leave you nor forsake you. He is your hope, and trust and the lifter up of your hands. His mercy and goodness follow you all the days of your life. He is ever interceeding for you. Rest in His care,
Your Brother in Christ, Glen
My Family will remember yours in love and prayers.

Heather,

We are praying for all of you as you are often in our thoughts through out the day. The pager is a blessing it is so nice to be able to ring you and let you know the saints are holding you close in heart and prayer.

I have been so touched by your family and current time of trial. I don't know you, but was led to your blog from Your Sacred Calling. I know this is a difficult time for you, but I'm hoping to have permission to make a post on my blog regarding your family along with a link to your blog.

I know that tragic things happen in this world all the time, but I have been especially touched by yours and think and pray for often.

In Jesus,

Heather,
I was so very moved by your story. I happened to stumble upon your blog while researching Christian homeschooling blogs. I feel your pain and sorrow (as just this week my Mother-in-law was given only a year to live...a shock to our family). I am so sorry for your lose. Your family is being prayed for by mine.

God,
You are our strength in times of weakness. May you be this family's strength. May they feel your presence as they walk through this difficult time. Thank you SO VERY MUCH for you love and grace. Only you can bring the peace this family needs. We thank you so much for who you are!

AMEN!
